I work with every client the same way: with honesty, care and full access to the market. Fair housing is the law, and it is also how I choose to work.

Fair housing is not a line I add to the bottom of a listing. It shapes how I show homes, how I share information and how I negotiate on your behalf.

Whoever you are, wherever you come from and however your family is made up, you will get the same homes, the same facts and the same effort from me. That is the only way I know how to do this work.

If you ever feel that has not been the case, I want to hear from you. The resources at the bottom of this page are there for the same reason.

Who is protected

Protected under fair housing law.

Federal, state and county law each protect certain characteristics. In Miami-Dade County, all three apply.

Federal Fair Housing Act

Applies nationwide.

    I show every home I have access to, to every qualified buyer who wants to see it.

    Pricing, availability, financing options and the details of an offer are shared the same way with everyone.

    No steering

    I never guide clients toward or away from a neighborhood based on who they are. Where you look is your choice.

    Reasonable accommodations

    If you live with a disability, tell me what would help. I will adjust how we tour, communicate and close, and support requests for accommodations and modifications.
